The sculptor Hamilton Coelho lives in Brazil (Praia do Cassino), in the extreme south of Brazil, just 50 metres from the Uruguayan border.

But he is best known for his sculptures made from gigantic whalebones.

BBC News went to meet Hamilton Coelho near the town of Chuí, on Brazil’s final frontier.
